About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, seeing clients virtually across the San Francisco Bay Area as well as in-person in Berkeley.

My work as a therapist stems from my own infertility journey, which was isolating, stressful, and filled with uncertainty. I found meaning in this difficult experience by helping others. In 2016, I founded a peer-led support group through RESOLVE (The National Infertility Association), which I led for 5 years and helped hundreds of women across all stages of the infertility journey. I felt deep fulfillment in this experience and eventually felt called to change careers. While reproductive counseling is my speciality area, I equally enjoy working with clients on other topics, with a special interest in couples counseling.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in brand marketing and sales at consumer product companies. I hold a Master’s of Business Administration from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.

“Life as a therapist is a life of service in which we daily transcend our personal wishes and turn our gaze toward the needs and growth of the other. We take pleasure not only in the growth of our patient but also in the ripple effect—the salutary influence our patients have upon those whom they touch in life.”

- Irvin Yalom, The Gift of Therapy
